Les Berots is a privately owned three bedroom semi detached chalet located in the beautiful town of Morzine in the heart of the picturesque Portes du Soleil. The chalet's unique charm is its location on the outskirts of this busy resort providing good access to resort facilities while at the same time enjoying beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere away from the resort centre. Access to the bars and shops in the centre of Morzine is only a 10 minute walk.

Ideal for groups of friends and completely suited to families with children, the chalet benefits from three bedrooms. One large bedroom with double bed and balcony overlooking the Pleney slopes, two further twin bedrooms each with two single beds. The chalet will comfortably sleep six adults, however there is a sofa in the lounge which converts into a double bed providing accommodation for a further two, if required.

Due to the altitude of the resort and the sometimes unpredictable nature of early season snow coverage, Morzine has made a concerted effort to provide superb summer facilities for visitors to the area. The town has a 50m outdoor pool with amazing mountain views, ten tennis courts and a fitness trail along the banks of the river Drance. You can also try your hand at climbing, horse riding, via-ferratta and white water rafting. Morzine also has an enviable reputation for the quality and variety of mountain biking trails; it is also excellent for road cycling. The Tour de France is a regular visitor and rightly so with many top quality routes and testing cols to climb. The Mont Blanc Rally also visits Morzine in September.

Les Berots is perfectly located to take advantage of all the above activities, the integral garage being particularly handy for bike storage and maintenance. If you prefer more sedate pastimes, or have young children, try a picnic at Les Mines D'Or (gold mine), this is a five mile car ride from the front door and takes in some wonderful scenery. A walk around the Cascades de Nyon is also a must and is only a couple of miles from Les Berots.

If you want to enjoy the Alps in summer and all they have to offer you would be hard pressed to find a better location for a self catered holiday than Les Berots.
